Can I Buy Extra's And Accessories For My Boat?
Yes, we keep all spare parts, as well as other paddling accessories in stock. We also offer free shipping on all shop orders.
Can I get a custom design on my new boat?
You have a few options – for WWR and F construction boats, you can use the Nelo Design Tool. For SCS boats, you can use the Nelo Design Tool, Purchase a custom design or work with a designer from PaddleSports Design.
Can I pick up my boat locally?
Yes, our warehouse is in Carson, WA, and pick-up is available by appointment.
Can I store my boat in it's cover?
Yes, please ensure the boat is dry when stored in the cover. Leaving a boat in a wet cover, and leaving it in the sun, can cause osmotic blistering, which is not covered by the factory warranty.
Can I store my boat in the sun?
We recommend always storing your boat in a cool, shady area. If you have to store it in the sun, we do sell UV covers, that will protect it from the sun’s damage.
Can I try a surfski?
Yes! WE have demo's available in the Gorge, and we also have various options around the country.
Do you airfreight boats?
We do not recommend air freight due to a high risk of damage.
Do you keep stock of boats?
Yes, for our most popular surfski, kayak and canoe models.
Do you sell used boats?
Yes, periodically we sell used boats.
Do you ship?
Yes! We receive regular shipments throughout the year, and can distribute throughout the US and Hawaii.
